How We Help
Therapy
Individual therapy and counselling for children and young people up to 25 years old to support with mental health, wellbeing, growth, relationships and student life.
Consultations
Consultations with parents and caring adults is a short-term service for those who are seeking assistance regarding parenting-based concerns and strategies to support their child or teen’s wellbeing and development.
Supervision
Supervision for other therapists interested in building their knowledge, skills and application of acceptance and commitment therapy and the DNA-V model with children, teens and parent work.
